Das Zimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Badezimmer, einen quadratischen Grundriss und große bodentiefe Fenster für einen weiten Ausblick; höhere Etagen bieten einen Panoramablick auf die Stadt. Die öffentlichen Einrichtungen sind vollständig ausgestattet, mit einem kostenlosen Fitnessstudio, einem Arbeitszimmer, einem öffentlichen Freizeitraum und einem Waschraum, der rund um die Uhr verfügbar ist. Die Sicherheit ist gut etabliert, mit einer 24-Stunden-Rezeption und Zugangskontrolle; es gibt ein hohes Maß an Sicherheit für späte Rückkehrer, und der Check-in und Check-out Prozess ist reibungslos, mit freundlichem Personal.
