how to pay rent
Payment plan: You can choose to pay in one, three or ten installments. Payment method: 1/ The most popular payment method is to log into your apartment account, click on "Fianacials" and select the item to be paid (the amount can be modified to pay as desired) 2. Pay by calling the office or at the office, Pay with credit or debit card. 3. Contact the Dundee or Aberdeen office to obtain the details of the receiving account, and transfer the money via bank cross-border transfer. Note that it needs to be completed before check-in.

Is it possible to rent a whole flat?
Assuming the apartment has a full suite vacant at the time of booking (the earlier you book, the more likely it is), a group of students can be allocated together and the apartment will try and try to accommodate all your needs.
Is it possible to rent out the whole building?
within reason and as the case may be. The apartment once hosted a large number of students, who almost occupied the entire apartment building. But beware, don't throw crazy parties!
