Jetzt ist die neue Empfangsdame eine britische Dame. Die Arbeitszeiten für den Kurier- und Empfangsdienst sind von Montag bis Freitag von 9 bis 17 Uhr begrenzt. Wenn es zu anderen Zeiten ein Problem gibt, wie z.B. das Vergessen der Türkarte, einen Feueralarm usw., können Sie nur das Sicherheitsteam um Hilfe bitten. Einige Mitarbeiter hier sind extrem unprofessionell und unhöflich, sprechen nie höflich, behandeln den Kurier gleichgültig und lehnen manchmal sogar ab, die studentischen Pakete entgegenzunehmen und aufzubewahren, kommen zu spät und gehen früh. Bars und Restaurants versammeln sich vor der Wohnung, unordentlich.

Julian Court, student accommodation in Coventry, offers a total of 66 finely furnished single en-suite rooms in a bright and spacious environment. The apartments are designed with a sense of design, plenty of storage space, and personalised management services. With free gym membership for all residents and occasional in-house events (including international holiday parties, job training, British cultural experiences, etc.), the Union brand is committed to creating the most humane student accommodation and making residents feel at home.

 

Features & Living Experience

Each room of the flat is fully furnished with furniture, and the Studio rooms are finely decorated. Equipped with a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, desk and office chair, bar table, bar chair, noticeboard, 32" wall-mounted TV, wall built-in mirrors, shelves and more. The kitchen has a stainless steel sink, cooker, 2-in-1 microwave oven, hood, refrigerator, and cabinets. All rents include water, electricity, internet, insurance, etc.

To Coventry University from the flat: approximately a 15-minute walk;

From the flat to the city centre: roughly a 10-minute walk;

From the flat to the railway station: a 9-minute walk;

A Nisa Loca Supermarket is close to the student accommodation, which carries fresh fruit, snacks and drinks, cigarettes, alcohol, sugar and tea, and general merchandise until late at night and is only a 2-minute walk away.

Can I have guests to stay?

Due to COVID-19 we are not allowing guest at all. In normal circumstances, wewould allow guests to stay overnight for up to two consecutive nights but they will need to sign in with the management team at reception and cannot have their own key/fob. Any guests must be with you at all times and cannot be left alone in your room – this is due to only you as the resident being fully aware of our health and safety processes and policies. We will notifying our residents of any changes.
