Es ist sehr nah an der Aston University. Es gibt einen großen Platz zum Kochen im öffentlichen Bereich. Alle IQ-Mitarbeiter sind sehr gut, enthusiastisch und geduldig! Es ist auch sicher, hier zu wohnen!

Die Wohnumgebung ist sehr gut, die Einrichtungen sind vollständig. Neben Tesco gibt es eine chinesische Super League in der Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist.
Die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind perfect. Es gibt die Super League und Tesco im Erdgeschoss, was sehr praktisch ist. Die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch und es ist angenehm, dort zu wohnen.
Die Riaston Universität ist ziemlich nah und lebt gut, auch wenn es nachts neben der Straße rennend sehr laut ist und die Internetgeschwindigkeit sehr schnell ist.
Die unterstützenden Einrichtungen sind gut, und der Service an der Rezeption ist ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Penworks House - iQ Student Accommodation Birmingham is available as an En-suite or Studio, with all rooms fully furnished and equipped with all appliances such as high-speed Wi-Fi, on-site laundry, and bike storage. The student flats are ideally located for supermarket chains and restaurants. iQ Penworks House is a 15-minute walk from Birmingham Snow Hill and the city centre's business district.
