It is a great accommodation to travel around Hongdae, the hipest neighborhood in Seoul. It was rumored to be a Foreigner Friendly Gosiwon, so there was an article in the Korea Herald newspaper. Most of our customers are foreign students and travelers in their 20s and 30s. It would be the best option if you wanted to stay in my own space, clean and comfortable, and affordable, but not shared with others. We also provide rice, ramen, cooking utensils, and basic seasoning.

-Outsiders are prohibited. If necessary, get permission from the administrator.
-Pet entry is not allowed.
-If smoking and noise occur in the building, you can leave immediately without a refund.
-We throw away the trash separately. You can throw food waste away in the food waste bin in the kitchen.

-Gosiwon is vulnerable to sound insulation. Please be quiet in your room with consideration for others.
-There is an elevator.
-The nearest subway station is Sinchon Station on Line 2.
-All rooms have individual bathrooms.
