A. Annual payment, pay two months’ deposit within two days after signing the contract;
Pay the first half of the rent on or before 2025/08/01;
Pay the second half of the rent on or before 2025/09/01
B. Quarterly payment, pay three months’ deposit within two days after signing the contract;
Pay the first quarter of the rent on or before 2025/08/01;
Pay the second quarter of the rent on or before 2025/11/01;
Pay the third quarter of the rent on or before 2026/02/01,
Pay the fourth quarter of the rent on or before 2026/05/01.

The scope of management fee services includes:

a. [Maintenance service]: Free maintenance for furniture, electrical appliances, etc. in the room that are not damaged by human factors.
[Including but not limited to] toilet repair, door lock replacement, light bulb replacement, sewer cleaning, drain cleaning, etc.
(man-made damage is not included)
b. Cleaning service: clean the public area every week, change the kitchen garbage bag; clean the corridor regularly, and clean the garbage downstairs every day
c. Room pest control service: twice in total, before moving into the apartment and the second time in summer.
d. During the lease period, an air conditioner cleaning service will be arranged.
e. During the lease period, a free unlocking service will be provided. (Man-made damage is not included).

Short-stay policy for family and friends: Guests in private suites can arrange their own accommodations without restrictions; other room types are permitted as long as the roommate agrees (please consult apartment management for details).
