One-time payment of rent: based on the real-time price of the apartment, room cleaning once a week, laundry service twice a month (free of charge for 6 pounds or less each time)

Monthly rent: mainly based on the real-time market price of the apartment. Others are the same.

Bed types are different, single and double beds are the same price, area is 17 – 19 Sq.m

Bed size: Queen bed 5 feet x 6.5 feet; two single beds 3 feet x 6.5 feet each (one foot is about 30.48cm)
