This is a two-story house. The 3 rooms upstairs are for female tenants, and the 3 rooms downstairs are for male tenants. Male tenants do not go upstairs. Each floor has its own bathroom, ensuring privacy and no disturbance between floors.
The bills include water, internet, and gas. Electricity is shared. The kitchen, bathrooms, and common areas are cleaned regularly by a cleaner.
